I have led various initiatives at Deloitte alongside body treatments, weekly breathwork and yoga sessions, co-developing talent programs and retreats on Sustainable Performance & Well-being to empower individuals to thrive at work and in life. I now lead Masterclasses & Retreats for high-performance teams and organizations.
I specialize in body treatments that help boost your energy, focus, and performance. By guiding you through breath and movement, I help release tension, reduce stress, and restore balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally—so you're better equipped for the challenges ahead.
I offer holistic workshops and retreats focused on enhancing health and performance. With expertise in mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and bodily relaxation using yin yoga principles, I aim to create transformative experiences for both individuals and corporate groups.
